next winter, I'm either moving or hibernating, because I can't take this freakish Indiana weather. it's like falling into a bottomless pit with no way out, and it'll take forever for the snow to melt/for it to warm up. especially with a supposed snow storm on the way.
on a happier note, I'm losing weight. well, TECHNICALLY I'm GAINING weight, but that's only because muscle weighs more than fat. I do 100 crunches every night and I'm crazier, not lazier. I sure don't LOOK much different, but man, I FEEL different. if only I could eat healthier. I'm just gonna have to get myself to think that sugar is disgusting and that it's the cause of all major afflictions known to human kind. (which it sorta is.) that's right, Ho-Hos are disgusting individually wrapped pieces of pain and woe.
English is BOGGING ME DOWN! I have to read Alice in Wonderland (not that it's a hard book...) and do all this stuff, and the first few days I forgot about it, so I had to read about 200 pages today. (hey, I'm not much of a reader.) fortunately, I'm finished, so I don't much have to worry about that.

Hey Mary! I know how the crunches go, and eventually it makes a difference. ..sort of..unless you miss doing them for like 3 nights in a row..and eat a bunch of junk during those 3 nights..that happens way too often with me. ;-) It's cold here too, but the worst of it is that I'm forced to be outside and train for track every day. Today's easy..only 1/2 mile. Tomorrow is 3 miles. *groans* ;-)
